SFA is asking each member company's assistance in selecting one nominee for consideration for the SFA Circle of Honor Award, which will be presented at SNAXPO 2011 on March 21, in Orlando, FL.
In March 1994, SFA began the Circle of Honor Award program to recognize the achievements of snack food industry executives who have been leaders in their companies and the association.
The nominee can be either a domestic or international, business or associate member of SFA may be living or deceased. The nominee must also meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be a current or former Snack Food Association member
- Contributed to the development and growth of his/her company and the growth of the association and industry, either in the U.S. or abroad
The following executives have been so honored:

- 1995: Sloan Bashinsky & Daniel E. Woodman
- 1996: Harvey F. Noss & William H. Bryce, Jr.
- 1997: James S. Herr & Clark K. Benson
- 1998: Leonard Japp, Sr. & Miles Willard

- 2001: John Rudolph
- 2003: Warren Brown
- 2005: Michael Rice
- 2007: Bill Mann & Bill Huggins
- 2009: Michael A. Warehime
