Performance Based Results
Want to know what motivates your people? It’s as simple as asking them, but you need to know the right questions to ask so you’ll get real feedback. Research shows that 80% of the time employees are NOT telling us what is on their minds. Perhaps some tell us what we want to hear and not necessarily what we need to know, resulting in distorted information, blocked communication channels, decreased productivity, rising costs and upset customers. In this session, learn how to ask those important questions to empower your team to take greater ownership of their jobs; foster an environment that embraces accountability; confront the tough stuff before it festers; and get others to develop a customer focused mindset. |
