The dress for all events is resort casual. Some activities will be held outdoors, weather permitting, such as the reception and dinner Sunday evening and Tuesday evening. Please pack accordingly.

Please feel free to register on-line at www.sfa.org or complete the registration form and mail it or fax it in with your payment. Registration deadline to be included on the registration list is September 3, 2010. After this date, registrations will be handled on site only at $1,895 for members, $895 for spouses (Non-members $200 additional). Cancellations will be refunded, less a $400 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after September 3, 2010.

Airports:
Three airports are accessible to Half Moon Bay. The closest airport, San Francisco International Airport (SFO), is about 25 miles or 40 minutes away from the Ritz-Carlton; San Jose International Airport (SJC) is about 1 hour or 45 miles away; and Oakland International Airport (OAK) is about 1 hour or 40 miles away.

Airport Transportation:
One-way taxi fare is between $95–$110 from (SFO), $130–$140 from (SJC), and $130–$140 from (OAK). This will include pick-up at the baggage claim and use of a Lincoln Town car* (SFO–$168, SJC–$225, OAK–$225).
