The Annual Golf Tournament will be held Monday, September 29, with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. Located just down the road from the Ritz-Carlton, the Falls Golf Club features an 18-hole course designed by Tom Weiskopf. (Cost includes transportation, greens fees, carts, prizes and boxed lunch.)
The Annual Tennis Tournament will be held Monday, September 29, at the Club Sport Green Valley. The tournament will begin with separate women and men’s doubles round-robin competition. Each team will play 15-minute rounds and total accumulated points will determine the winner. Then the top two men and top two women will pair off in a mixed doubles tournament. Prizes will be awarded during the banquet Tuesday night. (Cost includes transportation, court fees, prizes and boxed lunch.)
Attendees will have a chance to prepare and cook Ritz-Carlton signature dishes while learning step-by-step from a Ritz-Carlton trained chef. Pre-planned menus and step-by-step recipes make this class easy for even the first time cook. Along with hands-on instructions from their highly touted chefs, participants will receive a chef’s selection of wine and cheeses as well as a Ritz-Carlton insignia apron and color packet filled with menus and chef bios. This is the perfect activity for those looking for a hands-on and interactive activity.
Enjoy a breathtaking sunset cruise on Lake Mead while enjoying a relaxing casual dinner. Attendees will enjoy spectacular views of Lake Mead and the breathtaking scenery surrounding it. Photographers will love the colorful landscapes and panoramic views. Just a few of the awesome landmarks include Fortification Hill, a clearly-defined, extinct volcano, The Arizona Paint Pots, a wonderland of color and of course, the magnificent Hoover Dam. A marvel of engineering, Hoover Dam stands a majestic 726 feet high and is an incredible 660 feet wide at its base. The Desert Princess Too is U.S. Coast Guard certified with a climate-controlled, enclosed deck, and one covered promenade deck to take maximum advantage of the breathtaking scenery that will surround you.

Lake Las Vegas is a premier resort destination situated on a privately owned 320-acre lake in which cascading waterfalls and beautifully manicured golf courses line the 10 miles of magnificent shoreline. You now can see this amazing desert oasis aboard an easily maneuverable and comfortable kayak. Guides will instruct participants in the basic paddle strokes so they can better enjoy their experience and view the splendid beauty of the lake. Guides will provide knowledge and insight about the surrounding flora, fauna and the history of Lake Las Vegas.
Only from the air can you truly see the majesty and beauty of the Grand Canyon. Fly over beautiful Lake Mead and the incredible Hoover Dam before flying to the Grand Canyon West Rim. Participants will be transported from the Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas directly to the heliport pad in Boulder City for the 3.5 hour trip.
